Results of a focus group research

Action Data Group has completed a focus group research for Ficosota Syntez – Ukrainian representative office.
The goal of the project has been to define the attitude of consumers to means of washing and their application and define the major factors influencing consumers purchase.
The separate research problem was a question on consumer perception of trade marks the THEME and EXO SAVEX.
“On the sort of my activity I had to see studios for focus groups in the various countries, where our representative offices present – in Romania, Russia, Ukraine and, naturally, in Bulgaria. They were different level of equipped, but such level, as in Action Data Group studio, I have not seen yet. The system of three video cameras and individual microphones is thought out very well”, - stated Ilina Racheva, Business Unit Manager of Ficosota Syntez.
